0413-204-2005 Deutsch Size 20 Sealing Plug - Red

0413-204-2005 Deutsch Size 20 Sealing Plug - Red is a red sealing plug for closing unused Size 20 cavities in compatible DEUTSCH sealed connector housings.

The glass-filled PBT plug is designed to maintain the environmental integrity of a connector where a contact and wire are not fitted, helping prevent moisture and contaminants entering through an open cavity. It is rated for -55 to 125 °C (-67 to 257 °F) and meets UL 94V-0 flammability requirements.

Choose 0413-204-2005 specifically for an unused Size 20 cavity; the sealing plug should match the cavity size rather than being selected by connector family alone.

Typical applications include sealed vehicle, machinery, marine and industrial harnesses where spare connector positions must remain environmentally protected.
