We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time.
2. Products & Accuracy
We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However:
- We do not guarantee that all information is error-free
- Colors and images may vary slightly
- We reserve the right to correct errors at any time
3. Orders
All orders constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Limit quantities purchased
- Cancel orders suspected of fraud, resale abuse, or pricing errors
Accepted orders cannot be cancelled or changed without authorization of a Deutsch DT Connectors executive.
Deutsch DT Connectors reserves the right to seek reimbursement of any charges or expenses incurred in connection with any cancelled or changed orders.
If your order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full. A contract is formed only when we confirm shipment.
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Sales tax, customs duties, or similar charges are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at checkout. We use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carriers
- Customs
- Incorrect shipping information

6. Returns & Refunds

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return authorization is required. Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deutsch DT Connectors’ total liability arising out of or related to any order or the products provided hereunder, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Deutsch DT Connectors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation lost profits, loss of use, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The foregoing limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all products are sold “as is,” “with all faults,” and “as available.”
Deutsch DT Connectors makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, with respect to the products, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement, all of which are hereby expressly disclaimed.
9. Fraud & Chargebacks
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraud. Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks may be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in North Carolina on an individual basis only. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials where permitted by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this site is owned by Deutsch DT Connectors and may not be used without permission.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state laws.
